a&o are competing against Anglian Water Field Service Team, IKON Field Service Team and Morgan Estates Customer Team for an award that recognises exceptional customer service consistently delivered in a field service environment.
Customer satisfaction is a key driver for a&o and a clear commitment has been made to continuous improvement. The National Customer Service Awards celebrate the effort and impact of excellent customer service on the customer and business. The winners will be announced on Wednesday 9th December at an Awards ceremony being held at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
